Welcome to Lockhart High School! Home of the Lions!

I’m honored to serve as principal of LHS and to partner with our students, families, staff, and community. Everyday, we strive to live our campus theme: One Pride. One Roar. That means we are united in purpose, supporting every learner, and celebrating the excellence that defines Lockhart.

At LHS, students experience:

• Engaging instruction grounded in Leader in Me and the Fundamental Five, clear learning targets, purposeful talk, personal character development, and meaningful checks for understanding.

• Strong pathways for every student including Advanced Placement, OnRamps, Early College, CTE programs, TSI preparation, and robust college, career, and military readiness support.

• A vibrant campus life with strong fine arts, athletics, clubs, and UIL programs where every Lion can belong, lead, and shine.

• A safe, orderly environment built on consistent routines, positive relationships, and high expectations for attendance, effort, and character.
